I’ve been training at Re-Sculpt for over 7 years now, having never been to a gym beforehand and super worried that I wouldn’t be able to do the exercises at my sessions. I started because I wanted to ‘tone up’ and feel fitter. I now train 3 to 4 times a week with varied routines which include sports conditioning, weight lifting, boxing, circuit training , body weight routines, kettle bell sessions – the list goes on.
I really stepped up the training in 2015 ahead of my wedding and now I can’t imagine not training to the level I’m at. My body and statistics are totally different to when I started and I’m really happy with the ongoing results. The training changed my confidence as well as my body shape and I find it a great release from my everyday working life too. Michael Dwyer or Mick PT as I have come to know him was recommended as a Personal Trainer.
